Clients must provide accurate data regarding their operational processes and water usage. Eligibility for BluSeal™ certification is determined by adherence to our established environmental metrics and audit requirements.
5. Proposals and Fees
Fee structures are outlined in the specific project proposals. Fees for consultancy and certification are based on the complexity, scale, and duration of the engagement, as agreed upon prior to project commencement.
6. Project Process and Deliverables
Engagements follow a structured phase approach: discovery, assessment, roadmapping, and verification. Final deliverables include consultancy reports and, if applicable, the BluSeal™ certification mark upon successful audit.
7. Data and Confidentiality
Blu Ethos is committed to protecting sensitive organizational data. All proprietary information shared during the consultancy or certification process will be held in strict confidence and protected under our non-disclosure standards.
8. Intellectual Property

Both Blu Ethos and the Client agree to conduct operations in a manner that prioritizes environmental integrity. We commit to continuous improvement in water measurement transparency and operational waste reduction.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Consultancy advice is based on available data. Blu Ethos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the implementation of sustainability strategies or reliance on third-party assessment tools.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services or website may link to third-party tools or sites. Blu Ethos does not endorse or assume responsibility for the environmental claims, content, or practices of any third-party providers.
12. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued according to the milestones defined in the proposal. Standard payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified in the signed service agreement.
13. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or modifications to the consultancy timeline must be submitted in writing. Fees for work completed up to the date of cancellation will be due, alongside any agreed-upon termination costs.
14. Term and Termination
This agreement remains in effect until the completion of described services or termination by either party. BluSeal™ certification status may be revoked if the Client fails to maintain compliance standards.
15. Compliance with Laws
Blu Ethos and its Clients agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international environmental and labor laws, ensuring professional integrity throughout the supply chain.
16. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any significant changes will be notified via our website or direct communication to active Consultancy and BluSeal™ partners.
